Aureus's return arises from a documented transaction-management fee, commission or other contractual commercial entitlement — never interest on money advanced. Where commercially appropriate, we may deploy our own corporate funds to meet defined transaction costs that enable a documented transaction to complete, with independently verified, seller-owned assets held as agreed performance security.
